ROCK CLIMBING!!!
Wednesday is the best day to have a rock climbing training. Damn FUN. It was a last minute thing. The training started at 12noon and i just received a call at 12noon oso from my senior that there's training. I was lyk, OMG. Super rushing. I quickly packup my bag, put in my toiletries, iron my clothes, then go bathe!! By the tym, i got myself ready, it was already 12.45. Quickly get out from my house and run to the BB mrt station. Reach RP indoor rockwall at ard 1.30pm. Coach was there. Then she told me to do some warmups and continue with rock climbing version of pulls. Damn tiring, i tell u!! Then rest for awhile while she set up the 27steps route for bouldering. 27???!!! ALOT SIA!!! But then we did some endurance training. So FUN!!! Climb up 5tyms. Updown is consider 1. WE NEED TO DO 5!!! So tiring. After i climb up 2-3tyms oredi, i was lyk totally exhausted plus my hand hurts. I was next to belay. I donnoe why, but to me, belaying is easy!!! I LYK IT!!! Finally, when we're done with our endurance training, coach have to go back. But we continue with our training. So the seniors make for us some routes. 5routes in total. Completed 3 of it. The 2 routes was rather irritating. Campus route is hard!! I swear!! Its lyk monkey bar plus pull ups. Need to pull urself up and ur legs must not touch the ground and the wall. Then the other route is the slopper route, this route is easy actually if u have the techniques. U cant complete it by just climbing anyhow. Its called slopper because the tile is lyk a slope and its slippery. So hard to hold on though its big. i almost complete it but i had wet palms so i kept slipping off. So fed up!!! Nvm!! Must try again!!! And today, which is friday, GOT TRAINING!! I LOVE IT!! oritez. CLIMB ON climb.republic!!!
